Glengoyne is a unique distillery in that the stills are located in the Scottish Highlands, yet the distillery stores are located in the Lowlands – due to the distillery being located on the border between the regions. The other unique aspect is the the barley is warm air dried rather than using peat smoke which imparts a delicate, almost floral nature to their drams. The 10 Year Old has flavours and aromas of fresh green apples, toffee and a hint of nuttiness; a trademark taste that is courtesy of Scotland’s slowest distillation.

Glengoyne 10 Year Old is a smooth, fruity and incredibly moreish. Fresh green apples, toffee and a hint of nuttiness.
- NOSE: Slightly herbal, big bourbon influence which has brought a wonderful “high note”. White milk bottle sweets, more creamy than fruity.
- PLATE: Barley rich, more bourbon influence. Clean and dry.
- FINISH: Long, barley rich, touch of hoi sin.
- 10 YEARS OLD: A soft, sweet 10 year old single malt from the Glengoyne distillery and a winner of a Gold Medal at the 2007 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
- TASTE: This is the taste of distilling slower than anyone else in Scotland, of barley we dry by air – never peat – and of hand-selected sherry casks crafted from European and American oak.

Returns and Refunds Policy
For products purchased from Drinks Network that may be faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described or require recall, we will cheerfully refund your money, exchange or, where possible, repair or replace the product.
For some high value products, Drinks Network reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to discussing a suitable remedy with you.
For products that cannot be assessed via conference call, we will arrange for the product to be sent to the manufacturer (or relevant agent) for assessment. It may be more convenient for you to liaise with the Vendor directly (which may be more time efficient) and can be achieved via Chat on our site. You certainly have that option. Our WeCare Support Team is happy to provide you with their relevant contact details to assist you.
We will ask you for valid proof of purchase when returning a faulty product. We will require the email address that you utilised for your purchase transaction. Some examples of acceptable proof of purchase are your original receipt, tax invoice, a credit card statement clearly showing your purchase at Drinks Network’s or your Drinks Network account statement which can be found in the My Purchases section in your account.

What we stand for?
If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will also happily cover the cost of delivery for the return of a faulty product. We unfortunately do not provide refunds or returns for change of mind purchases.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
