The grapes are harvested by hand then crushed and allowed a brief (approximately 1 hour) period of skin contact to extract a gentle pink colour in the juice. The grapes are the pressed into chilled stainless tanks for settling. Pressings are not included. The juice is racked after one week and fermented cool to retain freshness and aromatic integrity. The wine was clarified and racked immediately post fermentation, then held cold for six months to achieve stability prior to bottling.$26.00 – $156.00 (inc GST)
A gorgeous pale pink with delicate red berry, watermelon and a hint of grapefruit on the nose. Dry, complex and savoury with fresh acidity and a lingering finish. Grapes early picked specifically for rose to capture natural acidity and freshness. A short maceration on skins followed by cool fermentation in stainless steel, with an element barrel fermented to build texture and complexity.$25.67 (inc GST)
