What Shipping Methods Are Available?

STANDARD DELIVERY Delivered within 4 - 7 business days.

EXPRESS POST Delivered with Sydney metro area within 2 business days. Generally around 2-4 business days for delivery to most areas of Australia.

DHL This is direct courier delivery of your orders, starting at $50, but additional charges may apply. Additional cost is calculated after the order is placed. Please contact us in advance for and estimate of costs.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We offer shipping anywhere on the globe via DHL Express, but additional charges apply for shipping outside of Australia. If you live outside Australia, please send us a message via our contact form so we can provide a cost estimate prior to purchase.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For Sydney metro areas, most orders will arrive the next business day. We do however allow between 2-4 days due to high demand on delivery services.


How do I place an Order?

Find the items you wish to buy. Add them to your cart and you'll see the the top of the page your cart items. Go to checkout your cart and follow the payment prompts, billing and delivery address and add any special, instructions.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can change your order at any time up until your order has been dispatched for delivery. After dispatch we can still cancel or change your order however, all freight charges will be applied for both the original and subsequent orders.

Do I need an account to place an order?

While most customers prefer to maintain an account this isn't necessary. You can swipe, buy and have delivered most products without setting up and account. You will need to set up an account to RSVP or buy a ticket to an event though. Hope you understand, this is just the way we roll.

How Do I Track My Order?

If you've established an account upon check out or at anytime previous to your purchase you can track your orders via your account or via Track You Order at the top of the header. If you are still having trouble tracking your order please reach out Customer Service via our Contact Page.

How Can I Return a Product?

Returns and Refunds Policy
Faulty products
For products purchased from Drinks Network that may be faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described or require recall, we will cheerfully refund your money, exchange or, where possible, repair or replace the product.

For some high value products, Drinks Network reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to discussing a suitable remedy with you.

For products that cannot be assessed via Zoom or conference call, we will arrange for the product to be sent to the manufacturer (or relevant repair agent) for assessment. It may be more convenient for you to liaise with the manufacturer directly (which may be more time efficient). You certainly have that option.

Our Customer Care Team is happy to provide you with their relevant contact details to assist you. To make a claim under our faulty returns policy, please contact: for any and all purchases.

What is your Cancellation, Return, Exchange Policy?

Contact our WeCare Team to organise the faulty product to be returned by contacting Drinks Network via Chat or via our Contact Us Page. We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a faulty product. Some examples of acceptable proof of purchase are your original receipt, tax invoice, a credit card statement clearly showing your purchase at Drinks Network’s or your Drinks Network account statement which can be found in the My Purchases section in your account.

What we stand for?

If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We're not fussy. We take almost all forms of debit and credit cards (excluding Amex). You can also pay with PayPal.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. We use encryption to keep your payment details safe. We also have an SSL certificate that ensures the safety of your transaction and eliminates the potential for fraud.


Can anyone sell alcohol on Drinks Network?

There are restrictions that prohibit anyone to sell or supply alcohol in Australia without a liquor licence. As such, if you apply to become a Vendor on Drinks Network you will need a liquor license that covers your sale and supply of alcohol to any customer of legal drinking age.

How do I list events on Drinks Network?

You can list drink events by registering as an Ambassador. After that you can add non alcoholic drink related products and drink experiences. You will need to conduct your drink experiences either on a liquor licensed premises or under your own event license.

How much money can I make on Drinks Network?

The sky is the limit really. Vendors can list their own products and experiences and start selling right away. How much you make is largely due to how well you promote your products and build up your audience with events and experiences.

Will Drinks Network help me sell my products and events?

We provide a serviced marketplace or DIY marketplace depending on your needs. If you would like for Drinks Network to promote your products in a category please reach out to WeCare support team. Alternately, just like eBay you can wait for someone to buy or promote and advertise your products via your own campaigns and social accounts.

What are the rules of your Liquor Licence?

New South Wales:
Drinks Network Australia Pty Ltd New South Wales: Liquor Licence # LIQP770017527
Under the Liquor Act 2007, It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Warning – Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence: To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $19,000), For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $800).

Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.

Australian Capital Territory:
Under the Liquor Act 2010. A person must not sell or supply liquor to a person under 18 years old on premises where the sale or supply of liquor is authorised or in a public place. Maximum Penalty $5500.

South Australia:
Under Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18.

Western Australia:
WARNING. Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

Northern Territory:
Under the Liquor Act 2010, it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

What are your obligations under your licence?

We need to abide by the rules of our liquor licence. This may mean we need to ask for your ID and then confirm upon receipt of your goods that you, or the receiver, are of legal age to purchase and receive liquor. We also reserve the right to not deliver good ordered under the Liquor Act of 2007. In cases like this we will refund your purchase or make an alternate time for your delivery to be made with you.

Can I exclude myself from buying alcohol?

Yes. Self exclusion is available for those who no longer wish to buy alcohol at their own request. Please send us an email via our contact form, on the contact page, outlining your request.
